The Journey Comes to a Close
Well, we are now back in Auckland after 3 days of sunshine and spectacular scenery sea kayaking in and around the Bay of Islands in Northland. The team is now heading off to new adventures in Australia and Fiji, with only one poor soul (Dave) returning to Calgary right away.
Once we are all back in canada we will be meeting up to swap photos, video etc so around mid April there will be a big photo dump from the trip so stay tuned for that.
Thanks for checking out the blog, and for any more information vist www.adventuretrippin.com
Happy adventures......

Post #3 The 'Wild/Wave Hogs' in New Zealand
Since our last post the crew has been super busy, a poor weather summit attempt on Mt Ngaruhoe (Mt Doom from Lord of the Rings), Rafting on the Tongariro River, a bit of sightseeing and surfing at Mt Manganui in the Bay of Plenty (we also saw a pod of Orca's (killer whales) from about 100 metres away). We are now in paihia, readying ourselves for a 3 day sea kayak trip to wind down our journey. No internet access for a few days so i will post again soon with more tales and pictures.
